ntt の接続経路がトラブル原因でした、現在、回復していると思いますが引き続き調査対応中です。

I apologize for the excessive response time to this trouble ticket. Connections through NTT to Houston have been problematic. NTT is aware of this issue and we have been working with them to address the problem. As it currently stands you may be able to access the server dependent on the route your connection takes accessing it. But we are continuing to work with NTT to resolve this issue, and greatly appreciate your patience.
